Good news. We have solved the troublesome issue. You can now follow any Mastodon and other ActivityPub accounts again.

We have had a few reports about an issue when following Mastodon and other ActivityPub accounts, where the connection is being created as an RSS feed rather than a proper ActivityPub follow.

We are looking into what is causing this and will keep you posted as soon as we know more.

Update: We've fixed an issue affecting photo uploads via the Frio web interface.

Uploads were failing due to an advanced feature that's now been turned off. App/API uploads were not affected.

What's different:
- Drag and drop isn't available for now
- No upload progress indicator

Uploads should now work normally again. Thanks for your patience!

• If you notice any communication issues, check each contact in your Contact Settings.

This web client, developed for Mastodon, allows you to use your Friendica account with an alternative #UI without having to install any client app on your device. It currently does not support all features available on Friendica's #Frio web interface, but will provide a fast and powerful #UX .
